There’s always so much to do; and even though you do everything you can to chip away at that to-do list, it somehow always seems longer.
“How can anyone do it all?!”
How are you supposed to go to work, exercise, save money, be a good daughter and spouse, and still have a life?!
It feels impossible and sometimes you just feel like giving up.
After all, you’ve been giving it all you’ve got for so long, and it feels like you’re stuck.
You’re no stranger to hard work.
I get that.
And sometimes, you think therapy might help. But you don’t reach out, because it feels like admitting that you can’t do it on your own.
There’s nothing braver than taking a decisive step toward the future you want. Therapy can be that step.

You’ve been trying to do it all on your own. And dealing with everything on your plate gets exhausting by yourself.
Therapy with me is incredibly collaborative. I know you’re a badass. I want, and respect, your input.
Our meetings are where you get to be 100% yourself, practice slowing down, and sort through the deluge of thoughts and feelings you have no time to attend to throughout the week.
I will help you give yourself some actual credit for all the things you do right (there are a lot of those, you know)! We will identify some action steps you can take right now that will help without overwhelming you.
And we’ll also explore the stuff that set you up to feel this way in the first place, so it doesn’t creep back in later.
